claim_work

POST/entities/{entity_id}/records/{record_id}/work/claim

A candidate — named, or in a group or unit pool the work targets — takes live, unclaimed work. On an entity whose claim setting is readers, so may anyone whose Read scope reaches the record. Whether the caller may read the record is decided first, so a caller who may not learns nothing about it.

Authorization

AuthorizationBearer <token>

A service principal's credential, or a person's access token, AgentFlow's own or an installed app's. A service principal's effective permissions are its role permissions intersected with the credential's scopes.
