list_record_comments

GET/entities/{entity_id}/records/{record_id}/comments

With no cursor the page holds the newest comments; prev_cursor, sent as before, reaches older ones. Each body is rendered for the caller.

A service principal's credential, or a person's access token, AgentFlow's own or an installed app's. A service principal's effective permissions are its role permissions intersected with the credential's scopes.
