list_startable_workflows

GET/workflows/startable

Deliberately not /admin/workflows. That route answers a different question — it ships the full design-time projection (description, group, active-instance count, MCP flag, author, timestamps, drafts) behind the designer's search/status/paging surface. Serving both from one endpoint is what made every org member able to enumerate the whole catalog.

Authorization

AuthorizationBearer <token>

A service principal's credential, or a person's access token, AgentFlow's own or an installed app's. A service principal's effective permissions are its role permissions intersected with the credential's scopes.

Page size.

Backward cursor, taken from prev_cursor. Mutually exclusive with cursor.

sort?string

The sort field; updated_at by default.

A case-insensitive substring of the workflow's name or description.
